Consent to Collection, Use and Cross-Border Transfer of Usage Statistics (Optional)
Level99 Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') complies with the personal information protection regulations of relevant laws that the Company must observe, such as the 'Personal Information Protection Act', and asks for your consent, as described below, to the collection of usage statistics to improve the game 「DEVILS」. This consent is optional, and you can use all features of the Game without consenting.
1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

5. Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal
You have the right not to consent to the above collection, use and cross-border transfer of personal information, and there is no restriction whatsoever on your use of the Game if you do not consent.Even after consenting, you can withdraw your consent at any time in the Game's settings, and usage statistics will no longer be collected or sent from that point.
6. Notice Regarding Error Analysis Information
So that the Game you purchased works properly, when an error (such as an app crash) occurs, error analysis information such as error records, device model, operating system version, app version and installation identifiers is processed through Google LLC's Firebase Crashlytics (in the United States and other countries outside Korea). This information is processed without separate consent as processing necessary to provide the Game (Article 15(1)4 and Article 28-8(1)3 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」) and is kept for 90 days from collection.Other matters, including the installation, operation and refusal of devices that automatically collect information, are governed by the Company's Privacy Policy.
